Helen & Kevin

Helen is one of the biggest flower enthusiast I’ve met thus far. Her trust in my work is even stronger.  I still remember the evening I delivered her trial bouquet for her photoshoot. The moment she saw it from a distance, she began screaming. That excitement in her voice reminded me of why I love doing what I do. It was such a pleasure to have the freedom to design her bouquets and floral pieces. Below are some images from Helen’s big day. I hope she loved them as much as I enjoyed creating them.

Church

Helen & Kevin at the alter.

We decorated the church pews with white Hydrangeas, Silver Dollar Eucalyptus, and  purple ribbons.

Groom Boutonniere

Kevin’s boutonniere was a Patience Garden Rose, a purple Lisianthus bud, purple Wax Flower, and a touch of greenery. The cream Rose was intended to keep the masculine look and fit within the themed color palette.

Cake Table

The cake was made by one of Helen’s best girlfriends and decorated with Cool Water and Ocean Song Roses.

Ceremony_

Helen’s bridesmaids accompanied her with Calla Lilies bouquets.

Cal Poly 2

Helen’s bouquet was full of texture with so much variety. Not to mention, these are my absolute staple “go to’s”. Starting with the lavender and purple Lisianthus, Calla Lilies, Cool Water and Ocean Song Roses. To neutralize the vibrant purple blooms, I used Patience Garden Roses, Vendela Roses, but also added cream Majolica Spray Roses for texture. Dusty Miller foliage were incorporated to tie all the textures and colors together for a bride worthy bouquet.
